Crews work to contain oil spill from Philippine tanker

Crews worked to contain an oil spill stretching several kilometers off the Philippines on March 1, after a motor tanker carrying 800,000 liters of oil partially sank, the Philippine Coast Guard said. Footage released by the coast guard shows the mechanical recovery effort on Wednesday.
