Kelli Saginak discusses her passion to help women recreate their relationship with food, eating, and their bodies, specifically women that live with extreme anxiety and ADD with Angela Atkins. Because of her personal work on her own anxiety and ADD issues,she no longer relies on medication. She relies on natural, alternative practices, most of which are grounded in changing beliefs, mindsets, and how to treat her body.
