#Vlog 2 My review of My Favourite Burger Joint

Our vist to Rekas Burger in Malmö, Sweden.

One winter evening we decided to go on a long walk. And after a few recommendations from friends we agreed Rekar Burgers was going to be our goal for this journey. After 45min in minus -3 weather... We finally made it! One of Malmös best Burgers join was not only located on the edge of the city but also looked very unassuming from the outside, so much so that we thought we missed it at first! After looking around for a couple of minutes we saw a bucher shop with the same name, we went inside and one of the workers told us, it was around the cornet and the enternce was from the back of the building, so we continued on... Once we finally entered it was completely packaged which was a bit of a surprise! Especially since it looked empty from the outside. We queued up and choose which burger we favoured amongst there menu before we ordered, luckily a table was available so we quickly claimed it and waited for our buzzer to ring so we could grab our burger meal. First glance of the burger looked great just like on the picture. And now for the tast test. The burger was wrapped up in a nicely toasted sweet & soft brioche bun, the burger itself tasted carmamlized, umami sweet and salty, with the help of the melted cheese picked red onions and burger sauce the flavour combantion meshed well together and one flavour did not over whalm the other! My review is reflected in this with my high score which is 8,9 out of 10!
