Poshmark complaint by lying customer.

lady buys product from us in brand new condition it was securely protected the customer failed to give posh that information and turn situation into an argument on postmark for a simple refund all this nut job had to do was ask for a refund we have a 100% refund policy if unhappy for any reason but no she treated us talked to us like some third person and lied to poshmark.
