Balance of February Railfanning (2/21/23 - 2/28/23)

On February 21st, I got word that I157 had a CW40-8 leader, so I went to see it in Newburgh. On February 27th, I got word that S271 after stalled progress, was finally headed to me, and I got it rolling thru at Newburgh after many shenanigans. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed!
