Criminal Student Who BRUTALLY ASSAULTED Teacher's Aide Over Nintendo Switch Facing 30 YEARS in JAIL!

Joan Naydich, the Teacher's Aide from Matanzas High School who was flatlined and beat down by Brendan Depa on February 21st is getting some semblance of justice.

Depa, as it was recently revealed, has a history of violence, with three previous assault charges in 2019, will be tried as an adult when he answers to the charges of Aggravated Battery. He is looking at doing 30 years of hard time, because it is a felony offence.

Here's the best part: Naydich never even took a Nintendo Switch!
