Recipe
1️⃣When the water boils in the pot, cook the eggplant for 3-8 minutes (adjust according to the size of the eggplant).
2️⃣Cut off the top of the eggplant, cut it in half, and sheath it
3️⃣Fry the eggplant in a frying pan with cooking oil and brown it in front and back
4️⃣Apply teriyaki sauce and bake until brown
5️⃣Put eggplant on top of rice, sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds
6️⃣If you don't have enough, sprinkle teriyaki sauce
