Do UFO's have an AGENDA?

All we hear mainstream -including UFO conferences that there are many more sightings now. How about way to many. If I can see 5 to 10 in an hour myself what could it be with 8 billion people on the planet if they were all watching the sky. Again if I can see that many in my small area above me around 1-2 miles, multiply 1 mile by 200 million square miles. How many ships are over us. Even if the Gov was right about a Russian or Chinese balloons or tic-tac the number of ships being seen is impossible to be of earth.
Then if you take in size and speed - it would be impossible to be of earth people. That is if we really don't  know who or what is flying them.
