When the fire of the Holy Ghost fell on 120 believers gathered at Pentecost in the upper room, the people outside heard the mysteries of God proclaimed in their own languages. How should we interpret and understand Tongues today?

Foundational Scripture: Isaiah 28:11-12
"Very well then, with foreign lips and strange tongues God will speak to this people, to whom He said 'this is the resting place, let the weary rest', and 'this is the place of repose'-- but they would not listen."

3 Types of Tongues:
-->Private (Personal) Prayer Language
-->Public (Out Loud) Prayers
-->A Public Outburst in Tongues (Manifestation of the Holy Spirit)

All tongues CAN be interpreted [Colossians 4:2-4]. The third type MUST be interpreted [1 Corinthians 14:10-19; 14:27-28].
