Pelican Rescue at Port Canaveral

Info from Licensor: "I was in the middle of a tik tok live where I show the cruise ships leaving from Port Canaveral, Florida, and I noticed a dead pelican floating belly up and there was another pelican right next to it. At first, I thought it was so sad because I thought the living pelican was staying with the dead one out of grief. Then another onlooker pointed out that they were in fact tangled together by fishing line. I never thought we could get close enough to them to separate them but an older man came from his nearby RV with a fishing knife and gave it to the woman you see in the video. She climbed down over the rocks and managed to get a hold of the dead pelican (before the living pelican could drag it into deeper water) and then cut the fishing line. Immediately, the living pelican flew away."
