Hosts and PTSI Resilience Trainers John Salerno and Samantha Horwitz talk with 9-11 First Responder J.P. McMichael on A Badge of Honor Podcast.

J.P. was one of the first responders to the Pentagon on the morning of September 11, 2001 and was later diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He started Catalyst of Change Associates in order to help others the way his brothers and sisters helped him during his battles with PTSD and depression.

J.P. is the author of "Why Won't You Play with Me?" It’s a children’s book that tells the story of his conversations with his son about his struggles with PTSD to help his little one understand what he was going through.
