On February 27, 2022, a significant group of russian special forces broke into Kharkov. Some of the russians settled in the building of school No. 134 on Shevchenko Street and, obviously, expected either reinforcements or a simultaneous assault by mechanized columns of the Severnaya Saltovka area.

However, due to the fact that units of the 92nd brigade and volunteers, including the Freikorps unit, took part in the battle on Shevchenko Street, the russians were destroyed.
