Aunt Reta's Hot Pretzels

Ingredients:
• 1 bag of broken pretzels
• 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
• 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• 2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
2. Place broken pretzels in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter, Franks Red Hot sauce, chili powder, paprika, Cayenne Pepper, red pepper flakes and salt.
4. Pour the mixture over the pretzels and toss to evenly coat.
5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, tossing every 15 minutes.
6. Allow to cool completely.
7. Store in an airtight container.

Variations:
• Onion: Replace the hot sauce mixture with 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
• Italian Parmesan: Add 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. oregano, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to the melted butter mixture.
• Sweet Cinnamon: Replace the hot sauce mixture with 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.
