How to do the Barbell Row with Proper Form
In this video I demonstrate How to do the Barbell Row with Proper Form.
The barbell row is a great exercise to target, the lats and other back muscles but it can cause some injuries to people with lower back issues or who do this exercise with incorrect form. If you find the barbell row causes any issues, I would recommend starting with the cable row as you’re able to control your body a bit more in this position and you won’t be bent over like this. The barbell row can be substituted for dumbbells as well if you’re looking for something different. Make sure that you’d have perfect form while you’re doing this because the chances of injuring yourself is definitely there.
