Here is a video demonstration on How to do The Barbell Pendlay Row with Proper Form. This is an advance exercise, combining together the deadlift with the row to create is very interesting variation. The Pendlay row combines the heavy, lifting aspect of the dead lift with most of the form of the barbell row to create this very fun exercise, but I must warn you that it is very advanced, so make sure that you’re able to do proper deadlifts and rows before attempting this exercise so that you do not get hurt.
I would recommend checking with a personal trainer in order to learn this exercise because it is a bit advance for some
