Lion And The Mouse

Once upon a time, there lived a proud and fierce lion in the jungle. He believed that he was the king of the jungle and that everyone should fear him.
One day, while he was sleeping, a tiny mouse stumbled upon him. The mouse was so small and harmless that the lion didn't even bother to move. But suddenly, the mouse woke the lion up by running over his face. The lion was so angry that he grabbed the mouse with his sharp claws.
"Let me go!" cried the mouse. "Please, I promise I will repay you for your kindness if you let me go."
The lion was amused by the mouse's boldness and decided to let him go. The mouse scampered away, grateful to be free.
A few days later, the lion was caught in a hunter's trap. He was unable to escape, and he started to panic. Suddenly, he heard a familiar voice. It was the mouse. The mouse ran to the trap, and with all its might, gnawed at the ropes that tied the lion. The lion was finally free and was amazed at the bravery of the tiny mouse.
"Thank you," said the lion. "You kept your promise and saved my life. I never thought that a small creature like you could be so brave."
From that day on, the lion and the mouse became friends and lived happily in the jungle. The mouse proved that even the smallest creature could make a big difference, and the lion learned to treat all creatures with kindness and respect.
