DeWayne Wade's NAACP Award Acceptance Speech Pushes Transgenderism

DeWayne Wade used his acceptance speech at the NAACP awards to push transgender equality, after allowing his 15yr old son to transition. He said his job as a father is not to create a version of himself, but to be a facilitator of hopes & wishes.

Wade won a legal battle against his ex-wife, who only asked that their son wait until he was of legal age to make a life altering decision. She felt Dewayne was trying to commercialize their son at young age.
