• Repeat
Main Workout:
• Squats for 30 seconds
• Push-ups for 30 seconds
• Lunges (each side) for 30 seconds
• Plank for 30 seconds
• Glute bridges for 30 seconds
• Tricep dips for 30 seconds
• Side plank (each side) for 30 seconds
• Mountain climbers for 30 seconds
• Burpees for 30 seconds
• Side lunges (each side) for 30 seconds
• Bicycle crunches for 30 seconds
• Jumping jacks for 30 seconds
• Repeat
• Stretch for 5 minutes
