Finished Framing The Floor Of My Tiny House On Wheels

On Friday afternoon I finished framing in the floor of my tiny home on wheels. It is getting very exciting to see this coming together.

I worked on the back half of my tiny house after lunch. This includes framing around the wheel wells which was the fun part. Well, it is all fun building my own house.

The framing turned out very nice looking and sturdy. I think it is going to be a good, solid home. I rested the framing around the wheel wells right on the frame of the trailer. This will be perfect because the wood stove will be sitting on the raised deck over one of the wheel wells. It will look like it was made for a wood stove. I have often seen wood stoves on a raised deck.

I cant stop staring at my tiny house frame and thinking and dreaming about the interior plans for my little house.

After I was done for the day I could not resist putting up a piece of plywood on the floor frame of my new living room and sitting on a chair there. I am actually sitting there a lot now thinking and planning the interior in more detail now that I can better visualize things.

The tiny house is becoming a reality.
