Tiny House Construction On Hold Analyzing Advice And Suggestions

For now the tiny house construction is on hold while I review advice and study tiny home construction techniques. There seems to be a lot of opinion that my flooring will mold and rot. I want to prevent that so I am taking the time to consider all of my options at this point.

The general opinion is that the aluminum flashing will cause condensation, water will pool and the floor will rot. I do not want this to happen so I am looking into ways to prevent this.

I will not put any holes in the flashing. I have followed tiny home design techniques and studies RV and camper design. The flashing serves a couple important purposes. It stops dirt and moisture from getting into the floor while going down the road. It stops mice and bugs as well.

But with a sealed compartment it may rot. I need to consider ways to possible vent this through the top or sides.

Or is it even needed at all? Tiny Home Builders build tiny houses for sale all the time. They have made a business out of it. I have read their book many time through and have followed their design techniques for the floor of my tiny house.

Thank you all for the advice and suggestions. I am going to put the construction on hold until I sort this out.
