Camper Demolition Begins For My Tiny Home Frame

This is the second part of three videos from Tuesday. It was truly a very busy day at the off grid homestead. I started demolition of the old camper to prepare it for my tiny house on wheels.

I used my Ryobi cordless power drill to remove all the screws from the windows and doors. There are about 60 or more screws around each window frame.

Due to the rotten state of the camper frame many of the screws simply spun in place and had to be pulled out with a claw hammer.

The camper windows are sealed with the typical camper goop which is a gray sticky substance. This stuff remains sticky but with time it is known to become squashed out of the joints and allow leaks around windows and doors.

But it sure is tough to loosen this stuff around the window frames without breaking the glass.

I got all the windows and both doors removed from the front side of the camper for now.
