Waves Of Thunderstorms At The Off Grid Project & Working Inside

We have had wave after wave of rain here at the off grid homestead. It seems like every day we get a thunderstorm. My painting project has been put on hold until the rain and humidity are past.

The paint on my trailer frame is pruning and wrinkly due to a number of factors. The paint underneath is wrinkling under the oil based paint. The humidity is very high and the paint is not curing properly. And also the heat has been way above the recommended temperature for oil based paint to cure properly.

I have to put off the construction of my tiny house on wheels until all this rain passes. I need to have lower humidity and no rain in order to paint the tiny house trailer frame.

And of course, you cannot frame a house in the rain. That is not a good idea.

I have been working inside the RV quite a bit recently because for one it is dangerous to be outside at all in a lightning storm. Lightning keeps hitting something nearby so I stay inside until it passes.
