Day 386 of Let's Read the Bible - 2 Chronicles 24, 2 Chronicles 25, Revelation 2

Today we read about Joash raising funds and repairing the Temple of the Lord. After Jehoiada dies, Joash worships Asherah poles and idols. Amaziah becomes king of Judah after Joash. Amaziah did better than Joash but was still arrogant and fell into the hands of Jehoash. Letters to the Church of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, and Thyatira praise them for the good they have done but also speak about their wickedness.
