Biden: "I'm a white boy, but not stupid' on Black History

President Joe Biden on Monday (February 27) said "I may be a white boy but I'm not stupid, I know where the power is", while quipping about the "real power" of the "Divine Nine", a collection of Black fraternities and sororities. He made that comment while speaking at a White House reception to celebrate Black History Month.
