40-year professional trader Todd "Bubba" Horwitz says inflation is remaining hot and rates aren't going to fall anytime soon. He expects the 10-year Treasury to hit 6%, putting mortgage rates around 10%. Higher rates will put the real-estate market into a tailspin, he says. "Housing is going to collapse. We haven't even scratch the surface of what I think the collapse is going to be."
