Latvian FM: Anyone who helps Russia should be sanctioned

Latvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edgars Rinkēvičs says any country who aids Russia in the war against Ukraine should be sanctioned. Rinkēvičs added that he hopes China “understands all the consequences” of assisting Russia.
