Gifts of the Spirit, Biblical Counseling

The "fruit" of God's Spirit, Galatians 5:22-23, demonstrates virtues and qualities of God now dwelling in the heart of a believer. But the "gifts" of the Spirit come after a believer is baptized or fully submerged into the power of God. Jesus said, "you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit...you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you shall be witnesses" Acts 1:5-8.
