Peymon Mottahedeh says there is NO law in the 50 states that says Americas must file for income tax. From their own Bible, "Interna Revenue Code" it says ONLY citizens and residents in Washington DC and Federal workers in District of Columbia must pay Federal taxes.

Even corporations don't have to pay taxes unless in D.C.

If I don't file for taxes will I go to prison? NO. That is another deception.

It is the ACT of signing the 1040 as you are agreeing to play fraud ball in their court and you are agreeing you owe taxes. If you play ball in their court, you will have to pay the consequences if you mess up.

Even if your employer send W-2's they won't come after you. They will go after Filers who confess they owe money.

When you file you are enslaving yourself and empowering the IRS with the legal tool to go after your assets and bank accounts.

The IRS used to come after non-filers from the 1960's to 2011. In 1996 there were 63 million non-filers. A collapse of the IRS began in 2011. IRS forced collections are down 90% since 2011.

Even back in 1913 Federal Income Taxes applied to those in D.C. and Federal Territories.

That media propaganda that the IRS is hiring 87,000 -- is a LIE. They are hoping to hire 8,700 a year, for the next 10 years.

The IRS has about 74,000 employees which is the same as they had in the 1970's.

AND, they are projected to lose 60,000 of them to retirement over the next 6 years. It takes YEARS to train an employee to be competent with the Internal Revenue Code.
