In Poland, 72-year-old Henryk Miketin is accused of a “crime against peace and humanity” for supporting Russia.

The first court session took place today in the city of Legnica. Last March, a man posted on social media that Putin was fighting for peace and that "the time to look at fascists in Ukraine is over."

After that, the country's internal security service and the prosecutor's office drew attention to Miketin. At the same time, Henrik had never been prosecuted before.

“This is a slap in the face for expressing views that I would have a right to in a democratic state. That is why Poland is not a democratic state,” he said.
