Some FPS Action At The Off Grid Homestead

I was out hunting with my friend Kentwood again yesterday. I took my action camera with me and got some cool looking FPS footage while walking through the woods.

By the way, for those who do not know, FPS means First Person Shooter. I used to be a gamer and had my own internet cafes and game rooms. I played a lot of Counter Strike, Half Life 2 and Far Cry. It was a lot of fun.

I thought this would make a cool video clip so I grabbed my new action camera and went into the woods with it.

Kentwood and I did not get any deer although we did scare a few up. The thickets are too dense to get a shot off though. You can catch a quick glimpse of the deer as it bounds away but it is too fast for me.

There was not really much video at all because I was out hunting the entire day.

IrishKitty sent me some packages. One contains a toy for Baby Cat which puts out some treats as she plays with it. This is sort of cool because she can treat herself.

I got a nice mug with a scripture on it and a prayer book. Plus an Amazon gift card.

Kentwood went home in the afternoon sadly with no deer. It seems that if you want to see a deer around here all you have to do is start a car engine and they are everywhere. Literally everyone is joking about it around town. By the way, it is illegal to hunt from your car and I think the deer know this.
