Fresh Organic Garden Harvest Soup From The Off Grid Homestead S10

Tuesday for lunch I went out to the garden with a plastic bag and filled it with fresh organic produce. I made an awesome fall harvest garden soup with a mixture of vegetables from my own garden.

I had a ton of cherry tomatoes and need to use them so I figured I would have a tomato soup. Then I found turnips, squash, onions, beans, parsley and more. I mixed it all up in the pot and simmered it slowly.

When it was all nice and soft I had an incredible fresh garden soup. All from my own garden.

It is so satisfying to eat purely from the fruit of your own labor.
