Fishing For Lunch With My Banggood Fishing Rod And Reel

Saturday I took the advice of many of my viewers and went fishing for my lunch. I am tired of eating vegetables from the garden with no meat so I decided to catch my lunch.

I took my Banggood fishing rod and reel combo out with me to the lake on the property where I stay.

This is a carbon fiber telescopic fishing rod which is perfect for travel or back packing. The reel is just as perfect because the handle folds down flat for travel. It stays in my car all the time and goes everywhere I go.

At first it seemed like I was going to go home hungry. It had been raining a lot recently and the bass were not quite hitting the lure solidly. They were just sort of jumping at it but not taking it in.

Finally I got a solid hit and landed a nice bass. It is not a trophy bass by any means but it is lunch. I would not go home hungry. What was exciting is that while I was reeling in this bass, another giant bass was trying to take the lure out of his mouth. This bass dwarfed the one I had on my line by a long way.

I grilled up the bass with some zucchini fresh out of the garden for a very fresh and healthy, organic meal.
