More Free Wood And Purchased Lumber For My Tiny House Construction

Tuesday morning I went to get a huge load of free hard wood to use in my tiny house construction. I got three pallets of wood. Some for burning and some for building.

These boards are 2.5 inches wide by 1/4 inch thick and ranging from 2 to 4 feet long. They will make nice kitchen cabinets or paneling for the inside of my home. I will see how much it is after I break it down and then decide how to best use it.

But the good news is that I will have a lot of oak for burning from this pile as well. Some of the scrap is perfect hard wood for the wood stove.

I used the dump bed to drop it all off in a pile. Wednesday afternoon I started to sort through it into piles.

Tuesday I also picked up the lumber to build my tiny house on wheels with. I will have my framer come over on Thursday to start putting up the walls.

This is very exciting. I figure by next week the place should be fully enclosed.
