The three men that were arrested had all charges dropped. Disturbing body camera footage shows Albany, NY Police officers violently attack, beat, and arrest Black males after responding to a loud noise complaint. Luke Deer, a five-year veteran of the department, is now facing charges of assault and official misconduct and it's possible more officers will face disciplinary action.
