Helping Neighbors At The Off Grid Project ™

I spent most of my day helping neighbors. My landlady is looking for a backhoe and I am helping her negotiate some deals she has found. The backhoe is very important for working around the property here. This is a 96 acre total property and it is in desperate need of some heavy equipment for maintenance.

I am also working with the local tree company who are cutting trees in the area. My landlady has a huge tree that needs to be cut down and we will get to keep all the mulch after the guys grind it down. Mulch is also a very useful item on an off grid property.

The tree service has been cutting a lot of trees in the area recently and I got two truck loads of mulch for free. They dumped it all out behind the house of the owners where I can take it as needed for work around the off grid homestead.

I brought in the inverter from the RV to use in the tiny house. I am letting it sit a couple days to warm up before I connect it into the tiny house solar power system.

A couple packages arrived at the off grid homestead today. One was a pocket tree identification guide sent by FrugalPrepper from YouTube. Thank you. This will help me out a lot around here.

Another package was my Ebay purchase of some batteries for that amazing headlamp I received recently. This light is awesome! It lights up the forest like daytime. It is fully adjustable and just incredible. I will do some more reviews on it later.
