I got a huge deliver of old barn wood for building materials and fire wood delivered for free. Plus my shower arrived. And the chickens are laying eggs daily now.

I have been watching the classifieds online for old barn wood to help in the construction of my off grid tiny house on wheels.

In New York people pay top dollar for old barn wood and use it in their apartments and condos to decorate the walls.

I finally found someone delivering an entire barn for free - delivered to my yard. I am getting multiple 20 foot truck loads of barn wood for free. Each load contains about 10 cords of wood. I am going to use the good stuff for building my tiny house but the broken or rotted wood will help me heat my little rustic cottage during the cold winter months.

In all I will be getting about 7 or 8 loads of barn wood. Some of the beams I will use in the tiny home and some I can sell.

I am hoping to get enough good barn siding to finish the loft of my tiny house. I like the rustic look of old barn wood myself.

I was hunting again in the morning and afternoon but with no luck. The deer seem to be mocking me. After dark they come out and run all over around me, like they know I cannot see them and can do nothing about it.

After multiple people told me about an affordable shower I ordered one and it finally arrived at my homestead. I got it delivered right to my door. This is a complete shower kit with the walls, base, drain, shower head, faucet and even a shower curtain and rod.

I cant wait to get the shower installed in the bathroom of my tiny house on wheels.
