Chat With Wilderness Rocks About Survival And City Life

When Joe from Wilderness Rocks was here the other day we had a sit down and a good talk about city life, survival, preparedness and just about everything else in between. It was a good visit. Thanks again Joe for helping out at the off grid homestead.

Joe and I talked about various topics such as how the big stores get emptied quickly when there is a major storm or power failure. There are certain items which sell out fast. Items like water, candles, propane cans, flashlights and batteries for example. Many stores do not even have a supply in stock besides what is currently on the shelves out front. This is sort of scary because if there is a disaster most stores do not stock anything in reserve.

This supports the fact that you just have to be prepared ahead of time so that you can avoid panic shopping when the shtf.

I hope you enjoy our conversation.
