Started Paneling Third Wall Of My Tiny House On Wheels S25

Wednesday I worked on the paneling inside the living room of my tiny house on wheels.

I first had to finish installing all the furring strips on top of the radiant barrier. This gives an air gap between the radiant barrier and the paneling inside so the radiant foil can do its job.

I am cutting my own furring strips out of scrap lumber I got for free. This takes a little bit of time to do but it is free.

Next I covered the whole wall with rosin paper which covers the radiant foil in case there are any gaps in the paneling. This will keep people from seeing the foil behind the paneling. Instead you see a bit of pink which blends in nicely with the pink tinted paneling.

I am cutting my own paneling out of the same scrap lumber. This also takes some time but again it is free.

I managed to get the first couple rows of paneling done before I had to call it a day and head off to church for the evening.
