Finished Kitchen Plumbing A Super Tiny Home Haul And Garden Update N1

I finished the tiny home kitchen plumbing. Walking through the organic garden having a look at how much food is still growing. And I got a huge haul of nice stuff for the tiny house on wheels.

In the morning I took a walk through my organic garden to see what is still growing. This was a strange summer with a cold start turning to super hot and then cold again with no real adjustments in between.

My garden started off stunted and then took right off in September. The popcorn is only just now growing where it should have been done months ago and drying now

My tomatoes are still growing nicely after a late season start. The carrots are also very late this year. I have many vegetables growing in my garden still at this time of the year.

I did a short update review of my two year old Harbor Freight solar panels. These are amorphous solar panels. They are still doing well and producing power in all types of weather. My only complaint is that the frames of each solar panel is cracking around the glass of the panel. This should not be happening on such relatively new panels. Other than that, they are fine. The PCV pipe framing is getting darkened by the sun but still holding up well. And they should have used stainless steel screws to hold the frame together because they are rusting now.

I went to a tag sale at the local auction house. They were selling things that they just wanted to get rid of and clear out of the inventory.

I picked up some nice supplies for my tiny house on wheels. There were some bags of DC electrical wire and I grabbed all three. I got some fuse blocks, relays, wire of various gauges and switches. I also got a container of twist on wire caps.

I picked up a dead bolt door lock for only $5 new in the package. I was prepared to spend 20 on just getting a new key made for my old dead bolt that came with my door. Now I have a brand new one for a fraction of the price.

I finished the kitchen drain pipe under the counter. I had to cut a hole through the wall of my tiny house with a hole saw and then push the ten foot PVC pipe through from inside my little cottage, through the hole and outside.

Then it was a simple matter of connecting the adapter that I had glued on earlier in the day and I had a working drain for the kitchen sink.

The tiny house on wheels is getting closer each day to becoming a real home.
