Fresh Farm Eggs Hard Boiled In Snow Melt On My Off Grid Wood Stove

I harvested eggs from my chickens in the morning and in the evening I was hard boiling them on the wood stove of my off grid tiny house on wheels. I used snow melt to cook the eggs in. It does not get any better than this.

My chickens get very high quality feed in winter from TSC. I use the all natural food with no chemicals and no additives.

In summer they fully free range, eating bugs, plants and kitchen scraps.

I gathered a mess of eggs and decided to hard boil some on my tiny home wood stove.

It is pretty cool that I cut the logs myself out of the local woods to burn in my wood stove.

I gathered snow from outside the tiny house to melt in a pot on the wood stove.

Then I brought the snow melt to a boil in the pot.

Tossed in some fresh healthy eggs and brought them to a boil.

Removing the lid puts them on simmer for another 5 minutes.

Then I tossed the eggs into the snow outside my tiny house to chill.

Chilling the eggs immediately after boiling shocks them and makes it easier to take off the shell.

I have been cooking literally everything on my off grid tiny house wood stove these days. Its all free energy.
