n order for any Notice or Affidavit to be a court record it needs to be mailed. Please follow these instructions:

Mail the Notice to the four trustees listed for your county.
Mail the Notice to Green, Luke, Saiki and Kouchi (our state trustees).
Print the Notice on legal sized paper, before you print, select legal for paper size.
Mail it in a manilla envelope.
Mail it certified, return receipt, the post office can teach you how, very easy.
Share the cost of mailing by getting others to print their Notice and send them in all together.
Cost per envelope is usually between $8-$9.
If you can only afford to mail a few, choose the mayor of your county and the state trustees.
