Monday afternoon I used up all the taps that I had for my maple trees. I was finished for the day. But I special ordered more taps, which are in the mail.

As I was tapping the trees though the sap was already flowing. I was collecting pure, raw maple tree sap from my trees already that same day.

I also spent the afternoon checking my trees and taps to make sure they were all producing well and to ensure all my buckets and containers were on stable ground.
