Homemade Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

I've tried different coffee creamer recipes and am still experimenting! Although I like chocolate, I'm not really crazy about cocoa powder in this recipe. I prefer Carnation Peppermint Mocha creamer over the International Delight version because it isn't chocolatey. If you are like me, try this recipe without the cocoa powder, and see what you think.
