Started Back To Eden Style Gardening This Year

I am still recovering from a broken rib and my garden is growing out of control so I started the Back To Eden style no till gardening this year. I am putting down cardboard boxes on the garden rows. This will be covered with leaves and then with mulch.

I got a load of free cardboard boxes at the local dollar store in town the other day and spent some time spreading them out over my garden rows. I am putting them right on top of the weeds and everything. These will decompose and provide nutrients for the soil with time.

I will put the plentiful amount of leaves on top of the boxes and then on top of that I will put tree mulch.

To plant I will simply dig through all of this and put my seedlings into the soil underneath.

There should be no weeds growing in between my plants from now on.

I also weeded a section of my herb garden and put fine pine shavings around the herbs to keep weeds down. The herbs that I planted last year are doing quite well this year.

I hope to keep this up and finish the entire garden soon.

I got a package in the mail from a fellow YouTuber with some slider rails for my kitchen. Thank you very much.
