Off Grid Homestead Cooking With Troy ~ Farm Fresh Omelet

Based on popular demand I am starting a cooking series. Many people keep asking me to make off grid cooking videos. I have decided to start showing you how and what I cook out here at the off grid homestead.

I will start a new playlist called "Off Grid Homestead Cooking" and start putting all my cooking videos in there for your convenience.

Sometimes I cook over the wood stove. Sometimes I cook outside over an open fire. Sometimes I use the grill. Sometimes I use the SilverFire Hunter biomass wood stove.

So things will certainly be interesting in this new cooking video series.

Today I made an omelet using farm fresh eggs right from my own chickens. I added broccoli, cheese, onion and chili pepper for a nice healthy meal.
