Wind Turbine Working ~ Homestead Looking Better

The wind turbine has been spinning in the wind recently. We are mulching leaves to use as mulch in the garden to prevent weeds and retain moisture. I am working on the old fence lines, cleaning up the place.

Chris is hauling all the leaves he has raked up over to the compost pile where I run the mulcher to break them down for use in the garden. This will provide cover to retain moisture and also prevent the growth of weeds.

I am working on the old fence line that used to surround the garden and chicken run. I am removing the chicken wire and deer netting.

After removing all the fencing, I removed the metal posts that were in the ground holding it all up.

And finally I went around picking up rocks that I had tosses along the fence line as I worked the tiller in the garden the last two years.
