Homestead Cooking ~ Packages ~ Auto Work

I spent most of the day on the road. The car was acting up and I had to get it running better. I had a very nice meal the night before. Some packages arrived at the off grid homestead.

I have been eating quite well at the off grid tiny house on wheels. I have some vegetables and have been making stir fry. This meal had sliced chicken, peppers, garlic, broccoli and rice. It was so good and healthy.

A couple packages arrived at the off grid homestead. One packaged contained a new cast iron griddle for my wood tiny house wood stove cooking. Thank you.

Another package contained The Off Grid Project T-Shirts which I will wear as uniforms here at the off grid homestead.

I spent most of the day out working on the car. It was not running well and it needed some tune up work. I drove around getting various parts I needed to get the car running smooth again.
