Last Hours As A Single Man ~ My Thoughts & Feelings

These are my last hours as a single man. Here are my thoughts and feelings at this time.

Melanie and I had no real thoughts about the wedding at all really until at the practice yesterday. Then it hit us both. We became nervous, anxious and excited.

We had the civil wedding on the 4th of March already so we did not expect the church wedding to feel that much different. But we were wrong.

We are both very excited suddenly. It is odd because I asked Melanie the day before and she felt nothing but stress. Same as myself. There was so much going on before the wedding that we just did not have time to think about it.

But at the rehearsal it all started to sink in to us both.

You can see here in this video that I am sort of out of it a bit. I did not sleep much for one thing but that is not all. I have quite a mix of emotions right now.

We had a Hen and Stag night last night. That is like a bachelor party and whatever you call the girls night out. Anyway, we all split up into two groups. The men and the women. Then we had some fun and games.

Neither of us slept much last night. I will not see Melanie until the wedding but we talked on the phone briefly this morning.

Melanie was fortunately able to talk to her family early this morning so that is good.

Well, I have to go and get myself ready for the big day :)
