Will Tiny Homes Become Illegal ~ Lets See

I have received many comments about the new proposed HUD regulations on park model homes and if this will make tiny homes illegal.

So far, after reading the file, I do not see anything that would affect tiny homes less than 400 sq feet.

The proposed regulations seem to be about park model homes over 400 sq feet. These new regulations would also affect some larger 5th wheel campers.

The regulations seem to be about closing a loophole in manufacturing where the companies are producing park model homes as RVs but selling them as homes for permanent residence.

This would close the loophole where people are currently buying park model homes and using them for full time residence.

Sadly this would cause many lower income families to become homeless and this proposed bill should be voted against and shut down.
