Trucker Buck from YT and I have entered into a sort of business together and some Nubian goats are on the way. So we are working hard to make a secure goat area to keep them in. Read the full article here: http://www.thedoityourselfworld.com/blog/?p=2063

I have a mess of Euro pallets that are all the exact same size and shape. These make the perfect goat fence when lines up together.

We used scrap pallet frames inside the pallets and secured them together with deck screws. Two pallet frames in between each pallet gives us a strong bond and a very good fence.

We used a pallet for the gate. Some scrap 2x4s from the old lumber yard cleanout I did two years ago made a good frame for the gate.

Some T posts help secure the entire fence line in place to keep the goats from pushing out the fence or knocking it over.

We managed to get two walls of the fence line done in a day. It takes some time hauling over the pallets and setting them in place. Then fastening the pallets together. And then driving in the T posts.

We hope to get the goats delivered soon so we are working very hard to get it all done asap.
